Abstract

In the following written report you will be able to find the most important experiences as an employee of the company Lean Staffing, working as a logistic coordinator and as student of the Foreign Languages program in the University of Cartagena. The purpose of this writing is to show the description of my iInternship experience, the objectives and expectations, my role and responsibilities as an employee and student, the challenges and solutions that got in the way and the personal growth and development that will remain for eternity.
