Abstract

This report has been prepared for the explicit purpose of methodically documenting our internship experiences at Backpackers Travel. The primary objective is to provide a comprehensive record that encapsulates the academic, professional and personal dimensions of our entire development throughout our 8-month immersive professional engagement. The report goes beyond a mere chronological account of the tasks performed during the internship. as the aim is to function as a reflective narrative that delves into the substantial academic knowledge gained, the refinement of professional skills and the nuanced aspects of personal growth, not only what we achieved during this time, but also how these achievements contributed to our lives as students, furthermore the report aims to provide a much more personal understanding of all the learning we had during 8 months.
