Abstract

Due to the popularity of the city of Cartagena de Indias, there was increasing demand for the existence of establishments such as hotels, where services and products of optimum quality will be presented, which responded to all those needs demanded by those who came to this beautiful city to enjoy and delight in its charms. Thus, in 1993 the renowned Hotel Cartagena Plaza began operations, initially consisting of 2 towers; Torre Bolivar, and Torre Plaza, with a total of 313 rooms. Since then, this company is characterized by the comfort of each of its rooms and spaces, also by the service of its staff, who provide personalized attention and excellent dedication to meet the needs and expectations of their guests who upon arriving in Cartagena decide to enjoy their best moments, either for leisure or business, in the facilities of the Hotel Cartagena Plaza, where they trust that they can rest and sleep.
