Assessment on commitment and organization in the human resources department of the Hotel Caribe by Faranda Grand

Abstract

This paper seeks to highlight the situations in which a company in this specific case the Hotel Caribe, interferes in errors by the administration of the human resources department and tries to provide solutions. The human resources department within a company is of vital importance for the proper development of this. This department has within its main functions, hiring staff, designing benefits for employees and meeting health and safety standards for all, among others. This work aims to find solutions to the problems presented which is "Lack of commitment and organization in the human resources department of the Hotel Caribe by Faranda Grand".
