CIPELEX is the International Interdisciplinary Congress of Professionals and Students of Foreign Languages held for the first time virtually on March 16-17, 2023, organized by the Foreign Languages Program of the University of Cartagena (Colombia) and the Bachelor's Degree in Foreign Languages of the Autonomous University of Zacatecas (Mexico). CIPELEX addresses a wide range of areas of interest in the field of foreign languages such as business, tourism and administration, linguistic, cultural and communication studies, education, teaching and research, international cooperation, international relations and diplomacy. The target audience includes undergraduate and graduate students, research groups, researchers, teachers, public and private sector professionals, business executives, interpreters, translators and graduates of programs related to foreign languages, communication, language studies, teaching and learning, intercultural exchanges, tourism innovation, education, international cooperation and diplomacy.
