En el presente texto se pretende estudiar al fenómeno de la migración como un movimiento social, económico y político, desde un abordaje conceptual tendiente a analizar el derecho de los seres humanos a la movilización libre autónoma y espontanea por los diferentes territorios del mundo, en aras de búsquedas de oportunidades de progreso y el mejoramiento de la calidad de vida, así como estudiar la responsabilidad de los Estados receptores de migrantes en su calidad de garante de los Derechos fundamentales del ciudadano que migra, se contextualiza igualmente el flagelo migratorio venezolano en Colombia y las garantías que estos tienen en el territorio colombiano.
This text aims to study the phenomenon of migration as a social, economic and political movement, from a conceptual approach aimed at analyzing the right of human beings to free, autonomous and spontaneous mobilization through the different territories of the world, for the sake of searches for opportunities for progress and the improvement of the quality of life, as well as studying the responsibility of the States receiving migrants in their capacity as guarantors of the fundamental rights of citizens who migrate, also contextualizing the Venezuelan migratory scourge in Colombia and the guarantees that they have in the Colombian territory.
