My daily tasks and working together with my supervisor allowed me to evaluate and identify the strengths and weaknesses of the company as well as my own. In addition, this paper will analyze and present in detail the lack of reviews and the unwillingness of customers to leave feedback present on the company's various platforms. Then, some recommendations will be offered to the company to create a community with a sense of belonging through social networks in order to overcome the aforementioned problem.
